Six Modules

Each module is a 2-hour interactive workshop — blending self-reflection, practical tools and peer support.

The workshop group is kept small to give full attention to your questions and needs.

Between Modules

The modules are accompanied by curated reading and an assessment to measure your Sponsorship Gap.

Short ‘homework’ between modules helps you keep momentum and test out approaches in the workplace.

Helen offers 1:1 leadership coaching for participants who want to deepen learning and address specific challenges.

The coaching session lasts one hour online and is scheduled up to three months from programme completion.

The programme is hosted by The Nine, Belgium’s first-ever women-focused private members’ club. The Nine organises cultural, professional and social events throughout the year focused on stimulating and shaping gender equality conversations.
